Parts Order Policy

We only accept orders online with a US billing address AND shipping address. Please see below for Canadian and international order procedures (Puerto Rico and US territory shipments included).

Shipping Policy (US)

All orders received online by 2PM PST will be shipped within twenty-four (24) hours (no later than the following business day. Special order items excluded). Items are subject to testing and quality checks which may delay the shipment to the following business day. Orders may be delayed if the item is out of stock, back ordered, or if there are discrepancies with the credit card used to fulfill the order.

All orders are shipped through FedEx or UPS at our discretion. All parts weigh a minimum of one pound (1lb.) and will be treated as one pound (1lb.) by FedEx and UPS. An adult signature is required upon delivery. Shipping addresses with PO Boxes will not be accepted and the order will be immediately cancelled. Some areas are not deliverable through regular shipping methods and additional charges may thus apply to ship to these areas. Some zip codes may have Priority Overnight option only for next day delivery. Tracking numbers will be sent by email once they are available.

Phone orders, checks, and money orders will take more than twenty-four (24) hours to process. Checks and money orders must be cleared before before the item/s can be sent out.

Signature Requirement:

All order(s) over $200 and/or with apartments, suite and building numbers will default to signature requirement to receive the package. If you do not wish to have signature requirement, please state in your order that you do not wish to have signature requirement. You will assume all risk should you decline this requirement. 



Shipping Policy (International)

International and Canadian customers must call 510-824-6751 to order through one of our customer service representatives. Orders placed online with an international billing or shipping address will be immediately cancelled. Orders placed manually are subject to increased processing time. Canadian customers may use credit cards but additional duties and handling fees will apply to ship to Canada.

International customers may purchase items through bank wire transfer ONLY. Additional shipping and handling fees may apply. Wire transfer payment must be received in full before the item/s can be sent out.

Local Pick Up Policy

Orders must be placed in advance AND by 11AM PST through our website. Please allow four (4) hours of processing time before picking up your item/s. Call 510-824-6751 for confirmation before picking up. There is a non-negotiable five dollar ($5.00) handling fee for ALL local pick-ups. ONLY choose Will Call (Local Pick Up) if you are able to pick up your order at our facility in Fremont, California IN PERSON.

Item Warranty Policy

New items are warranted for ninety (90) days unless specified otherwise in the product description. Used, refurbished, and closeout items are warranted for thirty (30) days. Items may be returned for exchange only within fifteen (15) days of purchase AND if they are found to be defective, received damaged, or if the wrong item was shipped to you. Exchanged items must be returned in the condition it was received. Exchanged items will be inspected first before a replacement is sent out.

Parts Sale Return Policy

Items may only be returned within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date. All products returned are subject to a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee. For your protection, send your package insured and pre-paid via Federal Express or United Parcel Service. Shipping fee and tax are non-refundable.

RMA Repair Service

Please be advised that all out-of-warranty repair quotes include a standard shipping and packaging fee shipped via Fedex or UPS Ground, which is a five to seven (5-7) business day turnaround time anywhere in the United States. All repairs (repaired parts) are warranted for ninety (90) days from the ship date and service fees will be waived. If the warranty repair quote is declined, there will be a diagnostic fee due, plus the standard shipping and handling fee. Repairs can be carried out within a three month timespan; a storage fee of twenty dollars ($20.00) a month will incur after this period for three (3) months. If the RMA has not been resolved after six (6) months or by the end of the year (whichever comes first), a forty-eight (48) hour notice will be mailed to the user that the unit will be recycled at our discretion if no contact with the owner can be established.
