RMA Request Form
RMA Send-In Repair Service Process Steps:
- There is a minimum $75 flat fee (shipping included) should you choose to ship back computer unrepaired.
- Please fill out questionnaire below or email request_service@fremontek.com
- Fremontek Representative will email your RMA # and shipping address.
- Place RMA# on outside of box (laptop shipping kit suggested).
- Fremontek takes 24 hours to receive into our system.
- Normally 2-3 days from receipt, Technicians perform complete Diagnostic test.
- Then written quotation/payment method form will be emailed.
- Review/choose payment method of your choice, email or fax back.
- Payment and repair process takes normally another 2-3 days.
- Shipped by FedEx or UPS with adult signature required.
